Let’s find your spark
Coaching is a little different from therapy. It tends to be more short-term, solution-focused work to creatively solve problems. Sometimes you and your partner(s) may need an objective ear to help you move forward in your relationship. I believe that with communication skills, an open mind, and some creative risk-taking everyone can have beautiful and fulfilling relationships. My approach to relationship coaching is sex-positive.
There are many reasons you may want to enlist the help of a relationship coach. Most of my clients see me for two main reasons:
- To make their amazing relationship even better
- To problem solve because things are not going so well. They need someone to help figure out what is going well, what’s not going well, and how to move forward.
We’ll start with an initial session where we complete an analysis to determine where your relationship is right now. We’ll discuss strengths, challenges, and decide the focus of our work together. Then we make a plan to work on your relationship goals.
You have one life to live and I want to help you create a life that you love. People normally come to me for life coaching when they feel like something is missing in their life, their relationship, or in their job. We’ll talk about what your dream life is and identify what might be holding you back from that. We’ll develop a plan to help you get there.
I use the word “spark” a lot. There is no reason your life shouldn’t sparkle, and there is no reason that your life should be dull. Oftentimes, the answer is right in front of you, and you just need little spark to see it.
Psychotherapy and Counseling
People seek psychotherapy and counseling when they need extra support with difficult life circumstances. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, issues around sexuality, parenting, and relationship problems. I am proud to have a practice that is sex-positive and I am kink/poly friendly and knowledgeable. My work is strength-based, non-judgmental, and creative.
