Six Week Coaching Workshop

Starting on Sunday, October 29th. Workshops will take place in New Haven, CT from 12pm-1:30pm


Join me for a 6 week deep-dive intensive to figure out what is blocking you from reaching your goals and giving you the tools to begin your transformation.


Using a combination of Drama Therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral methods, and Somatic, Mind/Body exercises, this workshop will lead, support, and guide you in the direction that will spark reaching your goals.


What if you could look 6 weeks into the future and see that you were well on your way to reaching a goal that you have yet to reach? Be it a personal goal, relationships goal, or career goal- what is in your way of making the big changes you know you need to make?


It can be so hard to look in the mirror, year after year, and know that you are not reaching your potential. The reason that so many goals go unreached is not because your not good enough. It’s not because your lazy. And it’s not because you don’t have the tools. More often than not, it’s because you’re scared.


Scared of failure. Of playing too big. Of losing. Of not being supported. Of something from the past.

What To Expect

Week 1: Beginnings
This week will revolve around identifying your current state of mind and beginning to develop your goals for the program. We will be using Drama Therapy Techniques as well as Cognitive Behavioral Techniques to help you identify where you are beginning in mind, body, and spirit. By the end of the session, you will have a goal to work on and homework to use thru-out the week.

Week 2: Grounding
This is where we begin getting into the nitty gritty. Learn mind/body techniques that you’ll be able to use forever. We’ll practice grounding, guided visualizations, emotional freedom technique, and specific drama therapy techniques to help you feel connected.

Week 3: The Mud
This week we use writing and drama therapy activities to help you delve into the past and work to resolve the reasons you are not reaching your goal.

Week 4: The Plan
This week is the culmination of the past three sessions where you will be guided and supported to create a plan to jumpstart your transformation. Everyone in the group will have a different plan, and the momentum of the group will be the creative catalyst to help you reach your goal.

Week 5: The Revival
During this weeks session, participants will begin to implement their plan using a series of drama therapy, mind-body, and cognitive behavioral techniques designed to help you feel empowered and in control of your path to meting your goal.

Week 6: The Journey and Ritual
During our final session, we will use the power of ritual to celebrate your new path and explore activities designed to help you feel supported even after the conclusion of the workshop
